By downloading or using Sondex, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Crucial Warning: Sondex is a tool designed for situational awareness and educational purposes. It should never be used for life-or-death decisions, aviation navigation, or critical operational forecasting without consulting official governmental sources (such as the National Weather Service). We provide the application "as is," without any warranty.

3. Pro Subscription

The Sondex Pro subscription is billed annually. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
